With a background in psychotherapy, spiritual counseling, meditation, and mindfulness, my work focuses on a persons inner strength. I work with individuals, couples, and families on areas ranging from life decisions, self-inquiry, spirituality, relationships and sexuality.
I enjoy helping people access their own answers. It is an amazing privllege to be with someone as they explore their dreams, achievements, struggles and pitfalls in their lives. Drawing on answers that individuals come up have in themselves is very rewarding.
I have a diverse background in many types of therapy. With a grounded approach I create a safe environment for clients to find support and strength as they work on personal issues.
