I work with folks experiencing a range of problems, from mild dissatisfaction to overwhelming anxiety and despair. In my experience the critical factor in choosing a therapist is fit.
I work respectfully, treating every person as a unique individual and helping them change how they feel and live. Although I work with a variety of people, over 50% of my practice involves treating fellow psychotherapists.
I offer weekly psychotherapy and multiple session per week psychoanalysis. I am trained as both a psychologist and psychoanalyst. I am a graduate of the Canadian Psychoanalytic Institute (IPA) and I am also a Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Vermont (volunteer track).
