C.A.R.E. is a supportive community and Group Therapy for individuals living with chronic illness(es). We offer a safe and understanding space where members can share experiences, find empathy, and receive support as they navigate the emotional and physical challenges of their conditions. Join us as we journey together towards wellness, fostering resilience, and building a community of mutual support and growth. 8-week Therapy Group, 90 mins per session. Begins Friday, June 28th
