People don't usually volunteer for suffering and feeling demoralized. I strive to enhance subjective well-being, support symptom reduction, and promote life functioning gains. Whether it's Adult ADHD, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive thoughts and behaviors, social anxiety or issues related to Adult Children of Childhood Neglect, I offer assistance in all of these areas.
As a relational-cognitivist & integrationist, I attend to attachment disruptions from the past and how we can work toward healing in the present through healthy relationships, active coping skills, and social change. Being a generalist is my specialization, which is the paradox that delineates how I approach the human condition, existentially, and globally.
Let's focus on traction and getting you feeling better. We'll work to improve mood, alleviate symptoms (e.g., anxiety reduction, enhance self-compassion, develop frustration tolerance, etc.), and restore daily functioning within a variety of contexts.
