We all just want to feel comfortable in our own skin. We want to live our lives feeling inspired, happy, and purposeful. We finally get to a place where we realize we need help turning inward. We become willing to examine our trauma and core wounds and heal from what is in the way of us emerging into our fullest selves. This is where transformation begins.
I am deeply committed to helping men and women overcome addiction, heal trauma and thrive in the face of mood disorders. I am a Clinical Social Worker who utilizes trauma-informed Psychotherapy and EMDR therapy to help clients experience authentic transformation. I use a compassionate and direct approach with my clients to promote healing and connection.
