I am passionate about healing through the creative arts and incorporate many elements of expressive arts including visual art, music, movement, and drama therapy into the therapy process as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and somatic approaches including yoga and mindfulness. My favorite art medium is collage, visual journaling, and mixed media.
