Hi I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist based in Florida. I received my master's degree from Saint Thomas University and have been practicing for over 10 years. I help individuals and families struggling with life challenges use their inner strength to achieve life goals. My approach is a focus on holistic wellness.
My approach is a focus on holistic wellness. In our first session, we will introduce ourselves to each other. The session will focus on knowing who you are, identifying presenting issues, establishing goals, and creating a plan to get you where you want to be.
