I am passionate about working with teen and adult clients to help uncover how their past may have contributed to current relationship and/or life stressors, as well as learning new ways to help overcome challenges and challenge old ways of thinking that are no longer serving you.
As a military spouse for over a decade, I can empathize and understand the unique hardships faced by our military veterans and their families. My practice offers a unique blend of techniques in addition to traditional talk-therapy. This can include somatic and holistic practices, mindfulness and visualization exercises, and more.
Currently, I am back to accepting new clients after recently PCS-ing overseas. I offer some after-school and weekend availability. Additionally, I am Level 1 EMDR certified.
