Dr. Willems is a licensed clinical psychologist, originally from Central Wisconsin. He obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Human Services through UW-Stevens Point. He completed his Master's Degree and Ph.D. at the University of Arkansas Clinical Psychology Training Program (APA Accredited), following a scientist-practitioner training model. He also completed an internship through the University of California San Diego School of Medicine/Veterans Affairs Psychology Internship Training Program (APA Accredited) and his postdoctoral residency at the Memphis Veterans Affairs Medical Center (APA Accredited). He has coauthored several peer reviewed publications as well.
