Since I began practicing 23years ago, I've gathered extensive experience working with adults and adolescents (14-19 yrs old) using a strengths-based approach in addition to assessing and increasing communication skills for all areas of life to ensure you get the most out of every session. Always first and foremost, my goal as a therapist is to be genuine, approachable, and nonjudgmental as I help guide you through the therapeutic process to become your own best resource.

I am a provider of professional counseling services, utilizing EMDR therapy and traditional psychotherapy to help with whatever you choose to work on (trauma, PTSD, divorce, relationship issues, substance abuse/dependency, life changes/transitions, depression, anxiety, childhood issues, etc.). I began my clinical work at Austin Recovery, working with individuals facing addiction and the many issues underlying addictive behaviors. During this work, I developed a strong interest in helping individuals deal with past traumatic experiences and negative life events.

My ideal clients are individuals seeking relief from past traumas, whether personal or intergenerational, wanting help with anxiety, depression or substance abuse and need a more holistic, compassionate, intuitive approach to therapy. Their goal is to break free from maladaptive patterns, heal deep-seated wounds, and cultivate self-love and resilience. They seek a therapist who integrates evidence-based practices with holistic modalities to guide them towards balanced mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness, ultimately desiring a fulfilling and empowered life.

It is a big step to start therapy, and I understand what a challenging experience it can be. Having a sense of connection and safety with your therapist is a big part of being able to do the life-changing work that can happen in therapy. I am committed to create a safe space for you through showing up with compassion, authenticity, and a dose of humor. I collaborate with clients to help them grow in their awareness and make changes to improve their overall quality of life. I specialize in working with clients experiencing symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, identity struggles, and relationship challenges.

I am the owner of MA Perrin Recovery Services, LLC and author of "Standing Back Up Against Addiction". No one chooses to be an addict or intentionally self-sabotages by continuing to relapse. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples who are dealing with trauma and different life stressors. All clients present with different strengths and struggles so I know that no single approach will fit for every individual. My passion is in being able to bring clients an experience in therapy where they find empowerment, healthier perceptions of themselves and ability to strengthen relationships. I have been trained in Gottman method, emotionally focused therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing).

Deanna Ndebele is an Advanced Practice Social Worker, who has been practicing Social Work since 2010. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin "“ Madison, with a Master's degree in Social Work, and is currently completing her Clinical Social Work licensure. Deanna believes in a supportive, client centered approach to therapy. She enjoys working with children, teens and adults. Her main areas of focus include depression and anxiety, trauma, and parenting skills.

I work with adolescents and adults from all backgrounds. I provide an integrative therapeutic approach that strives to meet the individual with where they are currently at. I have a special interest in working with individuals with a background of trauma.

I work with individuals to assist in the areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, self-image, relationships, life transitions, and stress. I utilize the tools of trauma-informed care, self-compassion, Dialectical Informed Behavioral Therapy, and ART to assist clients with these challenges. Additional approaches are integrated into sessions to best meet each client’s individual needs.

I have a passion for helping people re-experience themselves. Sometimes it is necessary to share your story with someone who can be objective and give you an alternative perspective. Life comes with many struggles, and there are times when managing them can seem difficult. We imagine our feelings as chains that hold us down. The energy we once had to live and love, no longer seems available. When we walk in shame and fear we give others our power and become powerless. We often fall into old patterns that don’t work for us any longer. We can feel stuck.
