Over the last 17 years, I have worked as a licensed professional counselor in a variety of settings with a wide range of people, and sharpened many essential skills. I’ve seen firsthand the impact of more severe psychiatric disorders, such as schizophrenia, substance abuse, or crisis-based situations. I possess a lot of experience and a deep understanding of the challenges confronting the developmentally disabled within our community. Additionally, I bring expertise in working with individuals dealing with medical complexities and physical disabilities.

As a queer black woman, I understand the unique challenges that come with navigating relationships and personal growth in our diverse and complex world. My ideal client is someone who, like many of us, is experiencing the aftermath of a breakup and is determined to heal and reinvent themselves. They may be facing issues such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and unresolved trauma. They need a supportive, nonjudgmental space where they can freely explore their emotions, understand their past, and build a positive future.

​Hi, my name is Gabi. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a masters degree in clinical mental health counseling. I have extensive experience working with clients who experience anxiety, depression, low self-esteem & self-worth, perfectionism, substance use, relationship conflict, family conflict, life transitions, and those struggling with emerging adulthood. I have served a multitude of clients in marginalized communities. This includes LGBTQIA2S+, BIPOC, women and low-income communities. I value what it means to be your true authentic self. Where we can show up for ourselves and others, even if it isn’t “perfect.”

For 35 years, I've been honored to offer my clients an experience that combines expertise, collaboration, and creativity. Jody Reiss is a licensed psychotherapist who received her MS, LMFT from Edgewood College. In therapy, Jody uses an integrative perspective, including strength based, internal famly systems, psychodynamic, solution focused, humor, and play. She creates an atmosphere that is safe, supportive and non-judgemental. Jody has experience working collaboratively, with all ages from 5 through 84, all genders, the LGBTQ community, individuals, couples and families, on issues that include anxiety, depression, loss, self-esteem, body dysmorphia and trauma.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have almost 20 years of experience in this profession. My focus is adults 18+ with depression, anxiety disorders and mood disorders. I also have specialties in trauma and transgender healthcare. I am experienced in assessing readiness for gender affirming surgeries (using the most recent WPATH criteria) and writing letters of readiness for those meeting criteria.

In my practice I work with Women and Women's Issues, Eating Disorders, Body Image, ADHD, Anxiety, and Couples. Each person is unique, which is why I tailor my therapeutic approach so that it is appropriate and respects the individuality of each client. My goal as your therapist is to assist you in navigating your mental health journey while honoring your individual beliefs and integrating the strengths you bring into the therapy room into our work together.

I also have experience doing identity exploration and affirmation work with LGBTQIA+ identified clients. Additionally, I enjoy working with clients who experience challenges related to anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, stress, inequity and discrimination, self-esteem, and relationships.

Vanessa is a Masters Level licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities and her Graduate Degree from Edgewood College. Vanessa provides services to adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She has worked with anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma disorders, adjustment disorders, and relational disorders. Vanessa specifically enjoys working with couples and individuals diagnosed with bipolar disorder and/or borderline personality disorder.

Steve Blank is a licensed marriage and family therapist who works with couples and adult individuals seeking greater satisfaction in their lives and in their relationships. Steve believes that everyone has the capacity to grow and change. He works with people who may be questioning their connection to one another or who feel stuck, unmotivated, or afraid. As a family therapist, Steve encourages people to explore how the different systems they are a part of impact the quality of their lives. How does their family function? Their place of work? Their culture?.

Alison (she/her) enjoys working with youth, individuals, couples, and families on concerns with life transitions, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and other life events that get thrown our way. She acknowledges that life brings change and can create feelings of discomfort, confusion, and overwhelming emotion, so we will work together to address your mental health needs in a safe, culturally sensitive, and confidential manner.

Building a positive and trusting therapeutic relationship as a vehicle for growth is at the core of Emily’s practice. She is passionate about providing clients with a warm, supportive space to explore and discover the possibility of change. Emily naturally shares a calming and nonjudgmental presence. She is dedicated to identifying and building on clients' strengths, facilitating self-awareness, and helping clients build meaningful relationships. She enjoys working with clients to find helpful tools and strategies to cope with challenges.

I have lived abroad and enjoy working with persons from a variety of ethnic and cultural backgrounds now residing in the US.
