If you struggle with "spacing out", difficulties concentrating, losing track of time, poor memory, unexplained mood swings, trauma triggers coming out of nowhere, or loved ones telling you that your behavior changes drastically in different situations that you do not remember, I may be able to help. These symptoms can often look like different disorders such as ADHD or Bipolar Disorder. If you have been diagnosed with PTSD in the past, but typical treatment has not been helpful, it may be because you have a dissociative disorder. If dissociation is not addressed directly in therapy, progress will be very limited.
