Welcome to my new online practice, Balanced Mindset, LLC. I received my Masters from the University of Arkansas Little Rock and I have been practicing for 10 years. I'm licensed in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Florida. I help adults struggling with career stress and burnout become the best versions of themselves. I also help others struggling with anxiety, depression, self esteem concerns and other concerns as needed.

I am here to help you grow into a happier, healthier person, and I want you to look forward to coming to therapy. Many of my specialty areas relate to anxiety including social anxiety, panic disorder, specific phobias, OCD, trich, and tics. I am one of only a few clinicians in the area certified to treat OCD. I also work with the LGBTQ+ population and provide support before, during, and after gender-affirming transition. I love working with couples, adults, and adolescents and with women before, during, and after pregnancy to address their unique mental health needs (pre and postpartum depression, OCD, and anxiety).
