It can be hard to say “this is not what I expected and I don’t feel like myself”. You are not alone. I can help you find relief and restore your sense of self and grounding in this new time. I work with mamas and all parents facing a range of issues from fertility concerns to unexpected challenges in pregnancy and birth to NICU experiences and into postpartum and parenthood. I also support individuals and couples with perinatal loss.

I work with families who are in the period from pre-conception through early parenthood. Using a relational and strengths-based approach, I support clients in tending to their resilience, skills, and healing around issues that are important to them and their families. I specialize in working with NICU families and families experiencing perinatal loss.
