I am an individual and couples therapist at the Bellevue Trauma Recovery Center. With a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Santa Barbara, and a license to practice in Washington State, I am dedicated to delivering trauma-informed therapeutic care. At the heart of my therapeutic practice is recognizing the importance of each client's history, culture, beliefs, relationships, identities, and narrative. I am committed to building therapeutic relationships based on mutual respect, trust, and care, offering a safe and validating space for clients and their support networks.
My approach to therapy is holistic, focusing on the unique needs of adolescents and adults alike. I am proficient in a range of therapeutic methods, including Somatic Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, Emotion Focused Therapy, Emotional Transformation Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. Central to my philosophy is the belief in fostering autonomy and choice.
My experience spans diverse populations, including new parents, first responders, grief-stricken individuals, survivors of abuse, those impacted by infidelity, individuals dealing with PTSD. Compassionate guidance, individualized care, and a commitment to well-being form the cornerstone of your therapeutic experience.
