I have a heart for working with adolescents, college students, and young adults as they make decisions and navigate life transitions. This interest grew from my early work with teens in an educational setting.
I take a psycho-educational approach, blending different evidence-based treatments. I also address health holistically; focusing on the mind, body, and spirit. Additionally, as a Christian, I incorporate Biblical principles into sessions if a client is looking to bring their faith into therapy. I look forward to connecting with you!
