I am available as an individual therapist for adults seeking to better manage, understand, and cope with various life struggles. I have experience working extensively with eating disorders, but also anxiety, depression, relationship issues, managing stress, self esteem, and progressing through difficult life transitions be it in the context of work, school, adulthood, relationship changes, etc. I also have experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma, but do not specialize in trauma work.
My approach is characterized by developing a comfortable, authentic, and transparent relationship with each individual. My goal is to establish a baseline of sincere, empathic, nonjudgmental support, and I use humor often but appropriately. Clients report feeling able to be themselves with me, and therefore able to engage in useful therapeutic work.
