I enjoy working with clients of all ages, but I am especially passionate about walking alongside girls and women as they heal from trauma, lack of self-esteem, and overcoming worries and fears. I believe changing the narrative we tell ourselves enables us to live the life we hope for.
I have lived in 11 countries between South America, Southeast Asia, and Africa, and believe my experience abroad provides cultural and spiritual awareness and sensitivity when working with diverse clients. I am also a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and believe in the mind/body connection to healing.
