Girls Empowerment Group (Age 12-17) Summer 2024!
GIRLS EMPOWERMENT GROUP will provide the opportunity to learn about herself. She will focus on self-esteem, confidence building, & body image, all while developing relationships with other teenagers in the group. This group will promote positive self-reflection and relationship skills. If your teenager is struggling with liking herself, seeing the good in herself, or speaking positively about herself, then this is the group for her! This is a 45 minute group, meeting once, weekly!

This woman will support one another, learn strategies from the therapist on how to manage stress, set goals, and improve her view of herself. This group will help you to realize what is important to you and to make time for it! We’ll explore your beliefs & your motivation!
