Hi! I am so excited to learn more about how I can embark on the journey to wellness with all of my clients, but first, let me ask you a few questions... I provide a supportive, and strengths-based therapeutic environment, and specialize in helping clients to: address past trauma, learn how to manage symptoms caused by anxiety, depression, or life stressors, develop tools to have healthier relationships, and increase their self-awareness. I also incorporate Christian principles upon request.
