Giving you what you need, when you need it. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has worked for over twelve years with children, teenagers, families and adults. I have supported people through individual and family therapy, co-parenting sessions and couples counseling. I understand the challenges of day to day stressors and how this affects a person's emotional and physical health. My goal is to help you embrace life and all its potential.
I have experience working with individuals and families who struggle with communication, behavioral needs, emotional difficulties and the everyday complexities of life. My wide range of experience has given me the tools to help guide you through the change you desire. I do this through individual counseling both in-person and/or Telehealth.
Licensed Mental Health Counselor with training in: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Additional training in Suicide Prevention.
