My approach to counseling is integrative and based in Cognitive Behavioral Counseling. I specialize in working with desired behavioral change, communication issues, concerns with boundaries, reactivity, and impulsivity. I also work with couples focusing on relationship distress, marital counseling and pre-marital counseling.
I believe once we allow ourselves to gain insight we can use our strengths, skills and resources to address issues as they arise in our lives.
