My practice is a blend of traditional psychology, spirituality and the healing arts. I hold degrees in Communication & Spiritual Psychology. I am a certified Healing Shame Practitioner, Bach Flower Remedy Practitioner and Past Life Regression Hypnotherapist. I am well-versed in the areas of Codependency, Non-Violent Communication, and 12-step recovery.
Every method of therapy and healing used in my practice is one I have used in my own journey.
