I am currently accepting new adult clients at this time, both in person and telehealth as long as you live in West Virginia. I like to create a safe space for you to feel comfortable opening up about the most difficult topics in your life or on your mind; meet you where you are in your healing journey in order to gain an understanding of your stressors, what has been poking those emotional bruises, and help identify the goals you wish to achieve. I'm passionate about helping you identify your current triggers, stressors and conflicts in order to help you develop healthier coping strategies to improve those areas of your life.

I strive to create a safe, personal, and supportive environment. My approach is empathy, respect, and nonjudgment. I tailor my therapeutic technique to each specific client. I am here to provide support, guidance, and help the client better understand themselves and their environment.

As a psychotherapist, I utilize a holistic approach and integrate mental and physical health. I am passionate about facilitating change and meeting clients where they are in their wellness journey. It is my goal to help nurture a sense of safety and self-love and provide a non-judemental space for clients to be the most authentic version of themselves.

Harmony is an outpatient mental health care provider dedicated to serving West Virginia and the local Wheeling area. At our Wheeling clinic we provide a broad array of services including psychotherapy, child & adolescent therapy, child & adolescent psychiatry, adult psychiatry, medication management, and TMS therapy. TMS therapy, also known as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, is an effective, non-invasive, low-risk treatment that has shown success in treating major depressive disorder and other forms of treatment resistant depression.

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist based in West Virginia. I am also certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). TF-CBT is an evidence-based treatment for children and adolescents impacted by trauma and their parents or caregivers. I have 5 years of therapy experience with clients of all ages, including kids, teens and adolescents. I have provided services both online and in person through an agency and in my private practice.

I am passionate about helping individuals and couples travel through the ups and downs of life while discovering who they want to be. . I utilize my client’s strengths to help them find their voice and empower them to make the changes to achieve the life they want. I have years of experience in helping people with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues as well as everyday life stressors and challenges.

The core of my counseling approach is to provide an environment that is comfortable, judgment free, and prioritizes your mental health. I don’t believe in trying to “fix”, rather support client’s journey alongside them. My office is a place where we can grow together & explore the ups and downs life has to offer. There is no “one size fits all” in counseling so getting to know you; your interest, your learning style, your strengths, helps me pull from therapeutic theories and techniques to best fit you!

Kristin is a licensed professional counselor, nationally certified counselor, & certified trauma therapist. Her primary work has been with posttraumatic stress disorder, anxiety, supporting those through phase of life difficulties, sexuality/relationship issues, depression, & assisting those who have or care for those with long term chronic illness & injury. She creates an environment of warmth, caring, humor, & authenticity to help those that want to work on acute issues as well as those who are evolving to be their most grounded & true self. Kristin incorporates creative approaches (art, writing, meditation, guided imagery).

I work with individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, and negative effects of traumatic experiences. I also have expertise in helping individuals with ADHD to find solutions that work for them to address their struggles.
