I use 2 unique and evidence-based form of therapy called Internal Family Systems (IFS) and "Brainspotting". Though different, they both incorporate the crucial element of body-based healing. Learning to change your thoughts is great. But learning how to "rewire" your brain's dysfunctional patterns is even better.
