Welcome. I’m here to guide you through your personal challenges. I work with adults and couples seeking support and positive change. My goal is for you to feel “truly seen” and supported by me your therapist as you share, discover and face fears to get yourself to a better place. I work with mood disorders, anxiety, stress, divorce, trauma, neglect, domestic violence, life confusion, medical conditions and grief.
Trauma is an area of specialty for me. I work with male and female survivors of abuse to help soften the effects of past or current trauma. Additionally, I help individuals learn to develop the ability to advocate for themselves by learning conflict resolution skills.
My approach is to mix CBT, psychodynamic modalities, mindfulness and existential theory. I explore past adverse experiences and influences to understand your present, support you and help you make changes to increase your quality of life. Feel free to call for an introductory conversation.
