I'm a certified trauma therapist and my practice focuses in working with individuals, children and adolescents helping them navigate though life challenges and overcome any adverse experience that are impacting their daily lives. No matter the reason whether to manage anxiety and depression or to improve the quality of life that also includes the quality of your relationships with family and friends, you’re taking the first step by seeking the support.
I use an integrative solution-focused approach, blending humanistic techniques and strengths-based perspectives I’m certified in Trauma-Focused CBT, trained in DBT, solution-focsed interventions, ACT, PSB-CBT, mindfulness and other coping strategies. In my work with clients, I equip them with tools to help support their emotional well-being.
My goal is to instill and encourage hope through healing. With a focus on trauma healing, my clients will make meaning of their experience, finding peace to be able to look forward. Through a collaborative approach, my sessions equip clients with techniques to manage stressors and build confidence in navigating the ups and downs of life.
