My treatment approach focuses on exploration and gaining insight into the sources of your distress. I also gear treatment towards understanding what a balanced and happy life looks like for you. Together, we will identify steps you can take towards building a life you want.
I currently split my service time between psychotherapy and testing for adults. I can conduct testing for diagnostic clarity and treatment recommendations, personality, and cognition (e.g., ADHD, intellectual deficit, academic deficit, cognitive decline). I do not conduct Autism or pediatric evaluations.
I am currently taking telehealth therapy clients through Grow Therapy. I am also taking in-person psychological and neuropsychological testing clients at my physical practice in Savannah, GA (Medical and Rehabilitation Psychology Associates). I have a waitlist for in-person therapy at my office.
