Whether addressing grief, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, body image, or recurring depression and anxiety, I use a holistic approach that takes into consideration thoughts and beliefs about self and the world, physical health, and spiritual focus.
Very often it is past events which are getting in the way of our being able to fully experience joy and prosperity in our lives. By looking at beliefs about the past and their impact on the present we can shift our thoughts, behaviors and perceptions to make lasting changes.
We all posess the inner wisdom to attain our goals - and more. My goal is to empower my clients to find and tap into this internal wisdom and use their own unique resources to resolve past events, eliminate self-defeating behaviors and beliefs, and experience living life in the present more fully.
