I also strongly believe that validating our experiences can really free us to change the trajectory of our lives and into the direction we want it to go -as you seek resolution for the issues that bring to therapy.
Whether working with an Individual, couple, or a family, my goal is to provide a supportive and respectful atmosphere to help people understand how long-learned behavioral/relationship patterns impact the present, and empower them to change their future. I specialize in Eating Disorders (mainly AN), trauma (including, but not limited to DV), and birth-5.
It’s usually at a very vulnerable time in our lives that we seek therapy. Though life can be beautiful, we can also encounter challenges that hinder our ability to have our optimal life. Other times, we just haven’t had the opportunity to learn the skills to live that life we want. I am here to help you explore barriers, strengths, and help you move forward.
