I offer SPECIALIZED, INDIVIDUALIZED, and EFFECTIVE treatment for anxiety/depression and related issues. You will be working with a skilled, experienced and open-minded therapist in relaxed casual sessions. You will also learn "anxiety/depression hacks" that can help you get immediate relief while working on long term change. With specialized training and three decades of experience I have seen many people significantly reduce their symptoms and enjoy life more.
I primarily use the evidence based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy combined with mindfulness. Together, they yield high success rates in the treatment of anxiety/depression and related issues.
Related issues are things that may have caused or be the result of your anxiety/depression such as trauma, life transitions, OCD, substance abuse, relationship issues, problems at work/school, self-esteem, gender identity/sexuality, eating disorders, teen issues, and parentin. Bring your vulnerabilities and strengths, both are welcome , no judgments here!
