I feel that everyone has a need for counseling at some point in life. Just as we have physical health, we have mental and emotional health. If we check in with mental and emotional health needs during difficulties, learning challenges or traumas, we can sustain our overall mental and physical health. Yes, they do go together! I enjoy working with clients who are open to new pathways and perspectives.
I help clients who want to help themselves, and are not sure where to start, whether it is a new pathway or a new perspective. Counseling is a cooperative, engaged process. I provide a safe place to explore areas of work and healing.
