I know what it is like to feel stressed out, overwhelmed, and tired. Learning to balance all the areas of life can be challenging, but also rewarding. Finding ways to move forward in life and make the most of one's life is beneficial to your overall wellness. Wellness encompasses both physical and mental health. Helping you to focus and improve your health, and overall wellness is what I am trained to do. Your holistic health is my priority.
In my work with clients, I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. This means I will work with you to feel safe and comfortable discussing issues. Sometimes it is hard to discuss tough issues and to admit that one needs compassion and caring. We all sometimes need support, and it takes a brave person to seek help.
Having experienced losses in my life, I can relate to those who are dealing with loss and grief issues. Self-care, stress management can be beneficial tools in helping one to move forward. Thus, I specialize in grief and loss issues. My clients describe me as compassionate, caring and warm. I want you to find hope, healing, peace and purpose.
