I believe most of what people need, lie deep inside of themselves. However, it gets so scattered and splattered we have a hard time connecting the dots! Through a collaborative effort, I am here to help guide you in connecting the dots. And when need be, help bridge the gaps with resources and education to support your mental health goals. Often, people know what they "should" do, but don't or even can't. Together we will find solutions to get out of your own way- for a healthier and happier life.
I am offering over 23+ years of experience in both mental health and addictions issues. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma issues for adult men and women. I have a passionate and intimate personal knowledge/ training for assisting those in the veteran community along with their families.
My approach is compassionate and non-judgmental. In my experience, other people's problems are not better or worse than yours- just different. We all have our own stuff. Our family and friends care about us. By having someone who is not in it, and more objective, it can be benifitial. Seeking "help" can be hard! But, together, we can find solutions.
