I am accepting a few new clients. These session will be televised-health. I work hard for my clients and ask the same of them. I feel therapy is working toward a common goal, therapy is designed to each person's unique strengths and abilities. I provide evidence based therapy to achieve lasting communication skills, better relationships, reduction in depressive and anxiety symptoms to name a few, and work towards improving social success. Cognitive Behavior Therapy is evidence based therapy to help improve one's thinking and behaviors.
Clinical Foundations in Marriage Counseling with Clinical Foundations in Gottman relationships Level 1 & 2. Military - Tier 1 Military Culture and Deployment to better understand military families. Clinical Foundations in CBT and Weight Management from the Beck Institute I have created and teach Positive Parenting Practices by invitation for groups.
I do work with every age group fourteen years and up. I work with adult clients with a history of childhood sexual abuse. I feel this is an area I have counseling strength in. If needed we can talk to make sure we are a good fit for therapy. 937 641-1618
