Lifelong concerns among family members, such as poor communication and/or conflicts, can be improved no matter your stage of life.
As a psychotherapist, I will meet you where you are, providing support during a crisis, and/or working over time on the issues that are uncovered by it. Focuses include health concerns, anger, depression, anxiety, retirement, family relationships, adoption, among others.
