Life can be too much sometimes. Demands and obligations from those close to us at home, work, school etc.. can become overwhelming and have a negative impact on ones health. Over the years I have worked with clients with many different issues. I have many tools in my box to assist clients with building their skills to better manage the difficulties in their life.
Providing individual, couples and family counseling. I provide several different types of therapies including but not limited to sand tray therapy, art therapy, mindfulness and communication. Currently due to COVID I will be conducting teletherapy sessions only via video or telephone. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
