My goal in psychotherapy is to help individuals identify areas of difficulty that they want to modify and then assist them in finding ways to effectively adjust behavior and thought patterns that will enhance their romantic relationships, family interactions, careers and other areas of life.
I am direct, honest and use humor to work with clients to identify alternate and healthier perspectives and greater understanding of their patterns of behavior, thoughts and feelings that may be interfering with reaching their goals.
