Depending upon the focus of treatment and the individual needs of the client, various modalities may be used; EMDR (Level 2 trained), OCD certified ( Behavioral), CBT, Solution-Focus, Family Systems and Couples. I believe in a holistic, Person Centered approach to treatment.
