Wellness Embodied is a multi-disciplinary psychotherapy and healing center focused on the understanding and experiencing of oneself to move through life's most challenging times. Our psychotherapists are training in Somatic Experiencing and other body-based and trauma focsed psychotherapies, and use a variety of clinical tools to assist our patients in learning, growing, healing and becoming the best version of self they know they can be.
