Sleep Well, Be Well - CBT for Insomnia
Cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia is a drug free, highly effective treatment for insomnia. The Sleep Well, Be Well program meets every other week for 6 weeks. During that time, participants will improve sleep by changing behaviors before bedtime as well as changing the ways of thinking that interfere with falling asleep. Since sleep disorders can be both caused by and trigger emotional health problems such as anxiety, stress, and depression, therapy is an effective way of treating the underlying problem rather than just the symptoms, helping you to develop healthy sleeping patterns for life.

Loving someone who struggles with substance use
This is a group for concerned significant others - the loved ones, family, and close friends of a person struggling with substance use. Group members learn the skills to care for themselves and encourage positive changes in their loved one. The skills-based program impacts families in multiple areas of their lives, including self-care, problem solving, and goal setting. At the same time, we address the loved one's resistance to change. Based on CRAFT (Community Reinforcement and Family Training developed by Dr. Bob Myers), this group teaches families behavioral and motivational strategies for interacting with their loved one.
