Stronger Together

Stronger Together is a support group for individuals with symptoms of depression. The support group offers a safe place where participants can get information that’s practical, constructive, and helpful. They’ll have the benefit of encouragement, and they’ll learn more about coping with symptoms of depression through shared experiences. During the first part of the group, participants will have the opportunity to process as a group. The second part of the group will consist of an exercise activity. Exercise is a behavioral intervention that has shown great promise in alleviating symptoms of depression and improving overall health.
