I use a whole-person approach to healing. My specialty is trauma and resolving adverse life experiences. I am a certified EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) therapist, which can be used to help address any past or present traumatic experiences.
I specialize in compassion fatigue. I can assist pet lovers and caregivers deal with the stress of taking care of their pets' chronic health issues and pet loss. I teach mindfulness and deep-breathing and other coping skills to help you manage your stress and emotions.
