I work with couples, adults and teenagers aged 14 and up. My ideal clients are women experiencing depression, anxiety, or wanting extra support through life’s many challenges. I also have a particular interest in supporting individuals navigating their gender identity or seeking a provider who can understand the impact of chronic illness and other physical conditions on mental wellness. I am passionate about working with individuals who may be experiencing climate-related emotions including grief and anxiety as well.
