My practice is based on the principles of Respect, Empathy, Non-judgement, and Self-awareness. I approach mental health with an attitude of "working with" rather than "fighting against". My therapy style is Solution-focused, with emphasis on Cognitive-Behavioral techniques, also informed by Systems Theory, Humanistic and Psychodynamic concepts.
