I work with individuals, families, and groups to assistance with navigating life transitions. I offer therapy, counseling, and coaching services. In partnership, I will incorporate therapeutic methods based on an individualized psychosocial assessment from Cognitive Behavior Therapy to Solution Focus Therapy.
I will support you as you learn how to experience your feelings, understand your thoughts, and process your emotions in a positive safe space. These skills will positively impact your thoughts processes and behavior, build confidence, and overall well-being.
