I have been working with individuals and families for over 20 years. I specialize in relationship issues and working with families to build and restore healthy, loving relationships. I also am a military veteran with multiple deployments of my own. I understand the unique challenges of military life on both the member and the family. I welcome the opportunity to help any family improve their relationships and grow stronger together.

I bring years of experience working with families to rebuild trust and improve relationships. I believe that when one person changes, they can have a positive impact on the entire family and that when multiple members start the make positive changes the impact can be life changing.

Family life is challenging, often much different then we see on tv or imagine our friends have. It is hard and often messy, but it can get better! I look forward to joining with the family/individual to challenge unhelpful beliefs and replace them with the tools to build little victories that add up to meaningful change.
