I have been in Private Practice for over 25 years. My practice serves children, teens, adults and families in a comfortable setting. Most clients I see have the diagnosis of depression or anxiety. My way of treating this is to provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe if we can change the way we think about events in our life that we can find peace and balance. I have worked my entire career to find the most effective style of therapy, and received top training from Dr. Jeff Riggenbach, CBT Therapist and Dr. Patrick Cohn, top Sports Psychologist.
Wayne is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing with children, teenage issues, marital issues, life issues, work problems, divorce issues, parenting issues and many other problem areas. I am highly trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral and Rational Emotive Therapy. I am skilled at working with PTSD using EMDR.
