I help people become unstuck. I am certified in Addictions, Trauma, and Narcissism Recovery. I am a Yoga, Mindfulness, and Meditation Coach. Awareness is key to change, and that is what mindfulness and meditation is about. I help people realize they are not broken, they just need to get in touch with their values and their authentic self. Instead of spending time fighting with vices, we are going to understand that addictions and perfectionisms are their to try to help us. If we can hear out those parts of ourselves, we can heal. This is also true for couples therapy.
I help individuals and couples get to know and talk to parts of themselves using the true and unbroken part of their system. I also use mindfulness and meditation to help clients better be present and more rational. This will build better thinking, creativity, sleep, among other benefits.
I help clients and couples identify the parts of themselves that are not working the way they'd like. Often times these parts are critical or feel like they have to over work themselves in fear that if they stop, something bad will happen. I help the client get in touch with their true self, to get their systems working the way they should.
