I am a fully licensed social worker and use clinical skills as I serve my clients. I also use Christian-based therapy with clients who have identified as desiring this service. I believe my techniques and skills will be very effective in assisting clients and families with reaching their goals. I also use the personal strengths and skills of the client to assist them with achieving goals desired. There is no shame in reaching to get help when as you realize that you are not functioning at the level you desire and believe you can function. I can help you in your journey to being the person you desire to be, one step at a time.
I am a fully licensed social worker who uses CBT, motivational interviewing, solutions therapy and person-centered methods to service my clients and their families. I also use Christian-based theology for those individuals who desire a faith-based form of service. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental atmosphere for clients to share their perspectives and beliefs.
I understand that there are times in our lives when we need to make some adjustments. I am here to help guide individuals and to help them plan and achieve the goals needed to be in a mentally and spiritually healthy place. We all come to states in our lives where we seek to make changes and improvements but need tools to achieve these goals.
